Privacy and Cookie Policy

Effective July 18, 2026.

1. Data Controller

The controller of your personal data is PSTS Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Chełmońskiego 1, 96-313 Chylice-Kolonia, Poland, NIP (Tax ID): 5273136899, KRS: 0001135176 (“Controller”, “we”, “us”). For privacy matters, contact us at info@nolimitstore.pl.

2. Data We Collect and Its Sources

We may process identification and contact details, addresses, customer-account data, order, payment and return information, correspondence, marketing preferences, and technical information about your device and use of the store, including IP address, cookie identifiers, browser type, website events and approximate location. We obtain data directly from you, your device, payment providers, carriers, Shopify, and analytics or advertising services, according to your consent choices.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

  • customer accounts, carts, orders, payments, delivery, returns, complaints and customer support — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
  • tax, accounting, consumer-law and other legal duties — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR;
  • store security, fraud prevention, establishing or defending legal claims, basic analytics and service improvement — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
  • newsletters and electronic marketing — consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR;
  • cookie-based analytics, personalization and advertising, including Google and Meta campaign measurement — consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Providing data required to conclude and perform a contract is voluntary but necessary to complete an order or provide the requested service.

4. Recipients and Service Providers

We disclose data only as necessary to operate the store and provide services. Recipients may include:

  • Shopify — store hosting, customer accounts, checkout, order processing, analytics, security, Inbox and communications; see the Shopify Privacy Policy;
  • PayPro S.A. / Przelewy24, card schemes, banks and other payment providers — payment and refund processing and fraud prevention;
  • carriers, postal operators and logistics providers selected to deliver or return an order;
  • IT, email, customer-support, hosting and security providers, accountants and legal advisers;
  • Google Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited — analytics, measurement and advertising when you provide the relevant consent;
  • public authorities where disclosure is required by law.

We do not sell personal data.

5. Shopify Network Intelligence

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled in our store. Shopify may securely use information about customer interactions with our store, Shopify and other merchants to provide Enhanced Services, including fraud protection, personalization, measurement and advertising. In the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, non-essential processing follows your cookie-consent choices. You can change your preferences at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. You can also exercise choices relating to Shopify processing through the Shopify privacy portal.

6. International Transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful safeguard. Contact us if you would like information about the applicable safeguards.

7. Retention

  • order and accounting data — for the period required by tax and accounting law;
  • account data — until the account is deleted and then as necessary for settlements and legal claims;
  • complaint, return and correspondence data — for the handling period and the applicable limitation period;
  • marketing data — until consent is withdrawn, a valid objection is made, or the data is no longer useful;
  • technical and cookie data — for the lifetime of the relevant cookie or until consent is withdrawn.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies that are necessary for store operation, security, sign-in, the cart, checkout and remembering preferences. With your consent, we may also use functional, analytics and advertising cookies, including Shopify, Google and Meta technologies. Refusing or withdrawing consent to non-essential cookies does not prevent purchasing, but may affect features, personalization or measurement. You can change or withdraw consent at any time through the cookie settings in the footer and can also manage cookies in your browser.

9. Newsletter, Advertising and Social Media

We send newsletters only after obtaining the required consent. You can unsubscribe using the link in the message or by contacting us. When you visit our social-media profiles or interact with an advertisement, the platform operator may process data as a separate controller under its own policy: Meta and Google.

10. Your Rights

Where provided by the GDPR, you have the right of access, a copy of your data, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing. Send requests to info@nolimitstore.pl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office or your competent supervisory authority.

11. Automated Processing and Security

Shopify, payment providers and security tools may automatically analyse transactions and activity to detect fraud, protect accounts and personalize services. We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely through marketing profiling. We apply appropriate organisational and technical safeguards, although no transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy when the law, store features or providers change. The current version is published in the store with its effective date.
