GOAST – Get Out And Shoot Targets are modern shooting targets created by the Norwegian company Parallax Combat Training Solutions, designed with maximum functionality, durability and safety in mind. Perfect for IPSC training, combat shooting and recreational shooting—with any rifled firearm and at any distance.

Key features:

• Self-healing material – a target made of two layers of high-strength material that does not crumble in the cold, crack or harden like rubber targets.

• Exceptional durability – tested with popular calibres including .22 LR, .223/5.56, 6.5, .308, .338 LM and .50 BMG. Durability depends on bullet type and hit distribution. With standard full-metal-jacket ammunition, a medium-sized target can withstand approximately 1,500–2,000 shots while maintaining full functionality.

• Compatible with thermal imaging – a passive thermal target visible through thermal sights, with bullet holes clearly visible for several seconds.

• Ultra-light and portable – almost ten times lighter than a steel target. Fits in a bag or car boot.

• Versatile mounting – no tools or heavy stands required. It can be attached to a wooden post, nailed, screwed, tied, tacked or taped.

• Safety – no ricochets; it can be engaged even at point-blank range with any calibre.

• Instant feedback – optional LED Flashers indicate hits with a green or red light visible even from long distances.

• Black and yellow sides – when marking paint is applied (for example SOPPEC TP Fluo Paint, recommended by Parallax), each side produces a different hit effect:

  • black – after painting, it reacts like a paper target: the paint flakes off and creates a paper-like bullet-hole effect;

  • yellow – simulates a hit on steel with a 3–4 cm mark.
