Modular 45° offset mount for a secondary red dot sight. It accepts interchangeable DEFT-X2 optic plates to match the selected footprint.
The included 8 mm spacer allows the optic height to be aligned with a primary riflescope. Without the spacer, the optic sits lower and can be used together with offset iron sights where the configuration permits.
Slots in the mounting screws allow emergency removal with a flat tool. The mount is machined from high-strength 7075-T6 aluminium and hard-anodized; the heat-treated steel screws have a black-nickel finish.
