GOAST – Get Out And Shoot Targets are modern shooting targets created by the Norwegian company Parallax Combat Training Solutions , designed with maximum functionality, durability, and safety in mind. Perfect for IPSC training, combat shooting, and recreational shooting – with any rifled firearm and at any distance.
GOALS ARE AVAILABLE IN 2 VERSIONS:
- Soft material : versatile, compatible with pistol and rifle ammunition, but may require a closer FLASHER mount, or in the case of .223 ammunition at closer ranges, mounting it on the target material. Easily indicates hits with pistol ammunition with FLASHER at a safe distance.
- Hard material : transmits hit information more effectively to the FLASHER, especially with high-velocity, low-caliber ammunition such as .223, even at close range. This material allows the FLASHER to be used successfully even on very large targets or at distances from the target itself. However, this material is significantly less responsive to high-caliber, low-velocity pistol-style ammunition . We recommend it for, among other things, dynamic rifle training at close and long distances.
The Dynamic Series is the result of a collaboration between Parallax Combat Training Solutions and NoLimit Store . With dynamic shooters in mind, we've developed a few additional features that we felt were essential for those practicing practical shooting:
- A special hanger and connector allow you to hang the target even more easily and place the LED Flasher further away from the target, essentially eliminating the chance of damaging it during fast, dynamic shooting.
-
A hanger, sold separately, is required for use :

- The targets have shapes corresponding to those known from sports disciplines such as IPSC, IDPA/PiRO, PCSL or STEEL CHALLENGE.
- To reduce operating costs, both the target and the hanger are cut and sold separately. Only the worn part is replaced.
- The hanger is rigidly connected to the target using prepared holes and commonly available cable ties.
- Targets allow you to practice key shooting elements without resetting, with immediate feedback.
Key features:
-
Self-healing material – a target made of two layers of high-strength material that does not crumble in the cold, crack or harden like rubber targets.
-
Exceptional durability – tested with most popular calibers (from .22LR, .223/5.56, 6.5, .308, .338LM, and .50bmg). Durability depends on the bullet type and the distribution of hits. Using standard fully jacketed ammunition, a medium-sized target can easily withstand 1,500-2,000 shots while maintaining full functionality.
-
Works with thermal imaging - a passive thermal target, visible in thermal imaging sights with bullet holes clearly visible for a few seconds.
-
Ultra-light and portable – almost 10x lighter than a steel target. Fits in a bag or trunk.
-
Versatile assembly – no tools or heavy stands required. Can be attached to a wooden post, nailed, screwed, tied, tacked, or taped.
-
Safety – zero ricochets, you can even shoot from point blank range with any caliber.
-
Instant feedback - optional LED Flashers are a device that signals a hit with a diode (green/red), visible even from long distances.
-
Black and yellow sides – After using marking paints (e.g. SOPPEC TP FLUO PAINT recommended by Parallax), each of them gives a different hit effect:
-
black – after painting it, it reacts like a paper shield (the paint falls off, creating something like a bullet hole in the paper),
-
yellow – simulates impact with steel (3-4 cm mark).
-
Why is it worth it?
The GOAST target, unlike traditional solutions, enables intensive, effective, and safe training in all conditions, without the need to replace or tape targets every few minutes. It allows you to focus on technique and effectively develop shooting skills, whether in dynamic shooting, long-range shooting, or combat shooting.
